Spire Boot Camp is a four week indoor & outdoor (weather permitting) fitness program for women and men of all ages and fitness levels, located in Salt Lake City. The program offers top of the line workouts designed by the most elite personal trainers in Utah. Boot camps are held Monday through Friday. Pre and Post boot camp evaluations are included to help you track your results. You will also be given a simple nutrition program that will help you reach your fitness goals even faster. If you are looking to lose weight, decrease body fat, tone up, or simply stay healthy and fit then Spire boot camp is for you!
